Bean-To-Bar Craft Chocolate
Red Rock Chocolate is my little bean-to-bar chocolate business based in Enoch, Utah. I make small batches of craft chocolate using carefully selected cacao beans from around the world, turning them into bars that highlight the unique flavors of each origin.

Where to Find
You’ll find Red Rock Chocolate popping up here and there at local farmers markets, pop-up events, tastings, and other community gatherings around Southern Utah.
I don’t currently sell chocolate through an online store, so the easiest way to find out what I have available is to email or text me for a current list of bars.
If you’re in the Cedar City or Enoch area, I’m also happy to arrange a local meetup so you can pick up some chocolate directly. Whether you need a few bars for yourself, a gift, or enough to share, just reach out and we’ll figure out a convenient way to get it to you.
Private Chocolate Tastings
I also love doing private chocolate tasting events! Gather some friends, family, coworkers, or a group of fellow chocolate enthusiasts, and I’ll guide you through a tasting of several different single-origin chocolate bars. We’ll explore how cacao from different parts of the world can taste completely different, learn how chocolate is made, and have a lot of fun along the way.
