Order Cancellation:
Cancellation or decreases in quantities for "Made to Order" or custom products require notification prior to production. Cancellations of custom orders after production begins are subject to payment in full.
Order Acknowledgement:
We
will e-mail an acknowledgement to confirm all orders within one business day
after the order is
placed. Should you make any inquiries or corrections, please refer to your order
number.

We ship UPS Standard ground shipping unless otherwise specified. Your order will be shipped from Nassau County,NY within 5 working days of receipt. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. The arrival date will depend upon the number of shipping days required by UPS. No post office box shipping addresses please. All orders must add $5.00 for handling.

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
November 16 through March 14, no extra charges April 15 through November 15, a S5.00 charge will be added to your order. Ice packs when weather requires. We use special hot weather packing on ALL shipments from March 15 through November 15 weather warranted.
